Continuous Glucose Monitoring in the School Setting- Online Course
This 6 lesson multimedia course will teach school staff to recognize what continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices are currently available on the US market, how each CGM device works, including inserting the sensor, attaching the transmitter, and starting the sensor. The course will teach staff members about which CGM devices require finger stick calibrations, common alerts and alarms that may occur during the school day as well as how to perform simple troubleshooting steps.
Each multimedia lesson is fully narrated and includes videos and knowledge check questions to enhance learning. Once staff members complete the course (~70-90 mins), our learning management system will auto-generate a completion certificate for easy documentation that training was completed.

Upon purchase, a simple Quick Start Guide will be sent by e-mail that provides instructions for accessing and completing the training.
