Online Diabetes Training (access for 1 school for 1 academic year)
Diabetes Care at School: Bridging the Gap is a comprehensive, online, eLearning program designed to address the training needs of your school staff members who may be called upon to assist a student with diabetes. Participating schools receive up to 1 year of unlimited access to 3 levels of diabetes training (CNE*, Non-Medical Personnel (UDCA), and Diabetes Awareness Training), so that the right program can be delivered to every staff member at any time. In addition to our fully-narrated and interactive eLearning programs, you will also be granted access to diabetes skills training videos, important forms, templates, and many other valuable resources. Upon receipt of your order we will request the name of the school or district and a point of contact (e.g., Health Services Director, Lead Nurse, Training Director, etc.). A Quick Start Guide will be sent by e-mail which provides the instructions for accessing and completing each of the respective courses. Our learning management system will auto-generate a completion certificate for each staff member for easy documentation that training was completed. Upon request we can generate district user reports so that administrators can quickly see which staff members from which schools within the district have completed training.
